Below are some questions and answers that might be helpful when making your booking or planning your stay
We aim to provide you with a cosy, fully equipped environment. However when sitting outside even with a firepit alight evenings can be chilly so some warm layers to put on to extend your time outside can be useful.
If you fancy some walking a pair of wellies is always a good idea.
The hot tub isn't far from your door but flip-flops/sliders and a robe are useful.
If you plan to BBQ or have a fire please bring coals/wood/lighting equipment or these can be purchased from the local garages.
Each of our yurts have full insulation and 3 heaters, together with a flame effect electric fire. The living area and bedrooms are carpeted so heat stays in the yurt too. There is even underfloor heating in the bathroom!
We believe that privacy is important and so we only have three yurts which are well spaced and have mature hedging and planting around them so that each one has its own special area. You cannot be seen from the other yurts.
It is a very quiet area especially in the evening and noise can carry when the air is still. Please be aware of this as other guests may not want to share in your evening fun!
As much as we love animals we cannot unfortunately accept dogs.
There are often sheep in the field and whilst the dog may be well behaved the sheep don't know that and get scared which can lead to them getting stressed which is detrimental to their health and any lambs they are carrying.
