Before booking please be advised that:
Graywood Canvas Cottages operate a no-smoking, pet free policy. We are a quiet site and this is actively managed. Our Quiet Time Policy means that we do not take hen/stag parties or large groups. Hot tubs cannot be used after 10pm until 7am and there is no outside music.
Large groups are not permitted and electric vehicles cannot be charged on site without prior agreement.
Our yurts accommodate 2 adults and up to 3 children or 3 adults and 2 children or 4 adults. An infant can also stay in a travel cot. We offer a travel cot and high chair for an additional £10.
An information pack will be sent to you prior to your stay. This will contain full details of how to reach us.
The minimum stay is 2 nights or 3 on bank holidays.
Two night stays can be Friday check in 4pm to Sunday check out 4pm.
Three night stays are Friday check in 4pm through to 9:30am check out on Monday.
4 nights Monday 4pm check in to Friday 9:30am check out.
7 night breaks starting on Monday or Friday. Check in 4pm and check out 9:30am.
You may of course combine any of these.
WiFi is now available.
Please let us know if any of the guests in your party have any specific access requirements.
The lead member of the party has to be 18 or over.
When booking you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions including the Hot Tub Rules and Disclaimer, this includes that hot tubs cannot be used after 10pm for the comfort of all guests.
If you have paid a deposit when booking the balance of your payment will automatically be taken from the same card 42 days (6 weeks) prior to your stay.
